Warranty & Service Policy:

NewsCaster™ products are backed by a Factory Warranty & Service Policy for the first 12 months after delivery or 12 months after installation - whichever is first. NewsMaker will replace or repair any hardware components that fail under normal use conditions during coverage.

Also included in the service package:

  • Full software support via email, telephone, or live remote access
  • 24/7 Emergency Assistance
  • All updates to your NewsCaster™ system at no additional cost

System Administration:

All NewsCaster™ products are supported by in-house system administration. We understand how vital a well-tuned production system is, and you can rest assured that we’re taking care of your server and ensuring it is both up to date and functioning correctly.

Our team can perform:

  • Remote upgrades during your system downtime
  • On-demand changes of user rights and priorities
  • On-demand system tuning

On and Off-Site Commissioning:

NewsMaker offers both onsite and offsite commissioning of any product in the NewsCaster™ Suite. Our specialists work with you from the ground up to ensure that the installation of your NewsCaster goes smoothly so that you can hit the ground running.

This includes:

  • Full in-person or remote installation assistance
  • Custom configuration of your projects NewsStyle™ set
  • Technical training for your staff.

NewsCaster EXTENDED Service Package:

Each NewsCaster™ system includes one year of service. Additional service coverage and hardware warranty should be purchased on a per year basis. The NewsCaster Service Package includes the hardware warranty and full service coverage.

Introducing NewsCaster ™ Version 3.0.

We’ve been working hard to streamline the NewsCaster Server so that it works with the latest members of the NewTek TriCaster® Family (including the new TC1) and IP Series. Now, we’re ready to share our progress with you. All NewsCaster products now come with Version 3.0, and upgrades from Version 2.0 are available to all clients currently covered by the NewsCaster™ EXTENDED Service Package.
